These are all your opinions and are as valid as anyone but for the sake of the thread allow me to offer a counter argument.

How many hours? Do you honestly think you have seen what ToR is with a week of play under your belt?
corsair14 wrote:and seriously started disliked how railroaded the game was and the lack of options as far as races go..
I agree that it would be nice if there were more playable races, I believe that is something that will be added in the future. First update is adding a new planet and a new flashpoint so It seems content will not be a problem.
corsair14 wrote:They should have skipped classes and went with a skill based system so people could make what they wanted instead of being tied into some absolutes, a class based mmo is ancient tech and design and its far past time to break out of that mold..
I like class based games. Thats why I play D&D and other such class based games. SW-G tried to break out of the mold and where is it now? dead.
corsair14 wrote:My favorite parts of the RPG and the universe arent even there. I cant be strictly a starfighter pilot if I want. I cant be a droid engineer and surround myself with pet droids. Plus they skipped out on many of the iconic races like Mon Cals and Sullestans, they made up BS races that Star wars has never been known for like Cyborgs and they brought in Chiss which were not revealed to the greater galaxy until after Return of the Jedi..
Chiss are a neat race that has a place in ToR. Mon cals are in, you kill one on the black talon. Why anyone would want to play one is beyond me though. Sullestans make a minor appearance in a late game space mission but lets be honest. other than riding shot gun to lando in jedi what are sullestans known for? Were either of the species you mentioned power players in the time of revan? I dont think so.

Graphix are nice, controls are rather iffy, they should have melded more of a FPS to the game instead of the half ass way they did it, and that might have even saved the game for me. It just seems extremely incomplete at this time.
The game is mostly theme park with some sand box elements. again this is your preference so thats ok for you but does not in any way mean the game is not good, just means you dont like it. Adding FPS elements to MMORPGs has never worked out. The fact is SW-ToR is not mechanically much different from any other mmo. It is the evolving story line and the setting that make it worth playing.
Graphix are nice and very forgiving considering.
Controls are no different than every other popular mmo out there.
Sw ToR launched more complete than any other MMo in history.
I am interested to know what you are basing your comparisons on.
I have played since beta. Have a max level sith warrior, I PvP often and have maxxed a craft. I love the game.
